Job Duties Overview: Administrative Support of Sales, Marketing and Production Functions, Business Communications, Creating CRM Generated Reports and Templates, Organize and Attend Meetings with Clients and Staff
Requirements: Full time or Part Time position. Modern home office with high speed internet. Meetings are held via video conference.
Ideal Candidate: Fits in a culture of self-management. Self-motivated with B2B marketing and/or B2B call center background. Has dedicated, follow-through attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with high level decision makers. Solid computer skills with strong Microsoft Office: Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel. Script writing, copy writing, technical documentation and newsletter preparation capabilities. College degree-preferably in business. Web based CRM experience with one or more major CRM’s. Audio file editing and html skills.
